Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product line team in conducting market research, business analyses, and forecasting to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including technical marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Create business cases to articulate the value proposition of new products and investments required.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market segments to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Execute product launches, including customer presentations, sales and channel training, and technical collateral development.
  • Coordinate the product life cycle process from concept to market launch and beyond.
  • Provide regular reports to the business and product line teams to inform decision-making and drive business results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on high-reliability products and solutions.
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of design wins in technical sales and business-related situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills to peers and senior management.
