Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering our mission statement and motto to each guest with 100% accuracy.
  • Communicating effectively with guests in the primary language of the work location.
  • Using computer systems to input order information efficiently.
  • Providing exceptional guest service, including serving drinks, food, and dessert at the right time.
  • Standing and moving quickly for up to six hours, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks such as wiping down tables and transporting plates and glasses.
