Job Summary:

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
