Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to oversee marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and cultivating new business partnerships, as well as managing existing partnerships.
- Developing and implementing strategies for growing revenue through partnerships.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring that all parties are meeting the terms of the agreement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure that partnerships are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Communicating the value of partnerships to the company's management team and other stakeholders.
- Continuously monitoring the performance of partnerships and making recommendations for improvements.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new partnership opportunities.
- Managing and tracking Partner engagement and performance.
- Developing and maintaining Partner engagement plans and communication cadence.
