Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the government contracting sector and diversity-focused training solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership and team-building skills, and a strong understanding of the government contracting landscape and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies and action plans, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and collaborating with the executive team to set annual sales goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.

The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and partners, and identifying potential strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach and offerings of our Certifiably Diverse SaaS platform and IBEX Ed training services.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and drive customer retention and upselling opportunities.

The Sales Manager will be based in Norcross, GA or work remotely in a hybrid arrangement.

The salary for this position is $60,000 + commission, and the schedule is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.
