  • Lead and execute financial and operational audits to guarantee adherence to financial regulations
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
  • Prepare thorough audit reports and propose actionable recommendations for enhancements
  • Work closely with various departments to pinpoint and address potential risks
  • Assist in formulating annual budgets and financial statements
  • Remain updated on industry developments and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance
  • Foster a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within the organization
Candidate Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial auditing, ideally within the finance sector
  • Proficient in Sarbanes-Oxley Act, GAAP Standards, and financial statement evaluation
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • CPA certification or a master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
