Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at One of a Kind Restoration. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflow, and supporting HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, HR functions, and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to coordinate tasks, track job progress, and maintain Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide financial updates to senior management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage client communication, and support the company's online reputation efforts.
  • Assist in basic marketing functions, including social media posts, newsletters, and ad campaigns.
  • Ensure legal and compliance standards are met, including maintaining permits, licenses, contracts, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support office technology and systems, including the transition to new project management software.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, manage office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, preferably in the restoration, construction, or service industry.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle HR, finance, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and experience with CRM or project management software.
  • Basic understanding of HR, accounting, legal compliance, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead administrative functions with minimal supervision.
