Role Purpose:
This position aims to cultivate essential skills and knowledge to support various departments within Monarch. Analysts will engage in diverse assignments across the company, fostering a comprehensive understanding of operations. Utilizing systems, data, research, and analytical skills, you will address challenges and provide top-tier support and insights.

Qualifications:
- A keen interest in real estate investment and management
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (Intermediate to Advanced level)
- Willingness to reside at one of our properties for up to three consecutive months, with complimentary housing provided
