Clinical Programs Analyst

The Analyst, Clinical Programs will play a key role in supporting DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care strategy and execution for Chronic Kidney Disease patients. This position will work closely with the team to develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan, preparing DaVita to assume full clinical and financial accountability for its CKD patients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of a multi-year strategic plan to improve the health and outcomes of CKD patients.
- Analyze clinical data, develop reports, and create training resources for care teams and physician partners.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities to support the execution of key priorities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility as a peer across all levels.
- Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes clinical, financial, and operational data, providing critical insights and potential recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey research and analyses to senior leaders.
