Job Title: Licensing and Partnership Coordinator

Job Summary:

POP MART is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing and Partnership Coordinator to support the licensing team in researching and identifying new artists, partners, and IPs in North America. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on potential artists, partners, and new POP MART-owned or exclusive IPs in North America.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and maintain contracts for both inbound and outbound licensing.
  • Stay informed about artists, pop culture trends, and market opportunities for new collaborations.
  • Effectively present findings and recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in licensing, merchandising, or a related field, preferably within the entertainment or toy industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Familiarity with contract management and royalty reporting processes. NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge and interest in genre character-based artists and the new contemporary art market.
