HCBS Coordinator

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HCBS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing direct management and supervision of in-home services to ensure adherence to all local and state regulations, policies, and laws relating to the provision of quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Manage DSPs, assigning specific duties and monitoring all services.
• Responsible for staffing, training, and individual employee coaching, discipline, and employee relations.
• Responsible for employee leadership, growth, and succession planning in geographic area.
• Manage member records as specified by Arizona regulations.
• Prioritize safety of employees and individuals supported, including Safety Program/Awareness/Recognition.
• Act as agency liaison working with service providers, state representatives, licensing authorities, agencies, and day programs, as needed.
• Ensure oversight through Quality Assurance reviews and regular site visits.
• Participate in Person-Centered Support Plan (PCPS) team meetings.
• Available 24/7 and act as DSP back-up.

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred and/or equivalent experience and other special training as required by the program designs, including contract required certificates.
• Minimum experience: 1-3 years of increasing management experience and/or responsibilities supervising 8-10 direct support professionals providing special services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

This position works in an office, home, and outside environment. This position frequently requires driving, keying/fingering, hearing, seeing, speaking, standing, and walking. Also required occasionally is lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and possible use of Hoyer lift.
