Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Patient Registration Representative to join our team on a part-time basis during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service by greeting and orienting patients and visitors to the hospital.

This role involves interviewing patients to gather complete demographic and financial data, ensuring the registration process is completed accurately, efficiently, and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  • Conduct patient interviews to collect comprehensive demographic and financial information.
  • Accurately complete the registration process in a timely manner.
  • Collect appropriate payments and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Inform patients and guests about hospital regulations, policies, and available services.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Schedule:
  • Part-time, weekend shifts.
