We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder and Chairman. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle both professional and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Founder and Chairman, including calendar management, correspondence, and document organization.
  • Manage a range of tasks, including scheduling, travel coordination, client communication, and confidential communications with the company's Board of Directors and executive management.
  • Assist with personal support, including personal bills, philanthropy, outside boards, insurance forms, family, and household responsibilities.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties for the executive's household staff.
  • Assist the executive and liaise with internal departments to update and maintain records of his personal private investments, including tax records, capital calls, pre-clearance, and other compliance reporting.
  • Provide back-up support to other executive assistants and front desk, as needed.
  • Occasionally provide light tech support, such as configuring devices, setting up printers, etc.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of experience supporting a senior executive officer, including professional and personal support.
  • Financial services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must possess above-average organizational skills and the ability to successfully multi-task with great efficiency.
  • Impeccable references are required.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong technical skills, especially with applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks or other bookkeeping software is a must.
  • Familiarity with HomePay or other payroll service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of integrity and maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • Exceptional team player, with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess leadership qualities.
  • Sound judgment and an above-average work standard is essential.
