Optical Assistant Manager

At EssilorLuxottica, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our Target Optical team.
Job Summary:The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. This includes partnering with the Optical Store Manager to build plans to deliver profitable store sales, delivering daily sales goals, and ensuring that guests receive a "best in class" experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Optical Store Manager to build plans to deliver profitable store sales measured by current objectives.
- Deliver the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the WOW Guest Experience behaviors.
- Ensure, influence, and inspire the team to deliver a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience by modeling the Target Optical Way.
- Provide floor leadership to ensure that guests will receive a "best in class" experience by providing guidance and direction to team members.
- Create, live, and teach the culture to build brand awareness by attracting new guests daily from the Host to Optical.
- Support the Optical Store Manager with maintaining professional business partnerships with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
- Proactively recruit, interview, train, develop, motivate, and retain Brand right Optical Team Members (OTM).
- Support Store Manager with Team Member accountability by providing Team Members with Coaching and Development to deliver the WOW Guest Experience through regular touch bases.
- Support Store Manager to ensure eSchedule, Guest Retention, Guest Driving Behaviors, and all current Brand initiatives are in compliance.
- Partner with Store Manager to ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing programs and promotions, the accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- ABO Certified (Preferred).
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
