About the Role

Xplor Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Northeast Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Northeast Territory.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on Xplor Technologies' products and services, and provide training and support to customers as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, underwriting, and sales support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong understanding of business-to-business sales principles and practices.
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance: Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance to travel to customer sites.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Hunter Mentality and Professional Demeanor: A hunter mentality, with a professional demeanor and a strong sense of urgency to drive sales results.
  • Self-Sourcing Leads and Prospecting: Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
