The Rallye Motor Company, a leading name in luxury automotive services, is in search of an Automotive Parts Sales Consultant. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to establish a long-term career and leverage their expertise in automotive parts to enhance our operations and be an integral part of our esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients by addressing inquiries and facilitating their parts requirements.
- Drive the sales of suitable parts and accessories by accurately assessing customer needs and highlighting the advantages of using authentic components. Utilize parts tools and information resources to effectively identify necessary items.
- Support customers and wholesale accounts through phone communications, including providing accurate quotations.
- Oversee inventory management by reporting items that require reordering, identifying stock discrepancies, and returning unsold merchandise to inventory.
- Provide a seamless and tailored automotive experience to both internal and wholesale clients.
- Conduct inventory tasks such as order fulfillment, backorder follow-ups, and restocking supplies.

Compensation: $70,000 Annually
Qualifications:
- Possession of a clean and valid NY Driver's License.
- Prior experience in a parts department or with BMW is preferred.
- Familiarity with CDK systems is advantageous.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Personable and patient demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional appearance is essential.
