- Unload merchandise from trucks and check in shipments to maintain a smooth supply chain.
- Drive store sales by performing in all Five Below services, including ear piercing, balloons, buy online pick up in store, and more.
- Stage merchandise for the sales floor to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Pack out merchandise to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Perform store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining the stock room.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Creative thinking to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
