Team Overview

Our team specializes in conducting SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations, alongside providing consulting services related to these assessments. We engage directly with clients ranging from startups to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee SOC engagements, managing client expectations, budgets, testing, and reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of exceptions and coordinate all analytical, technical, and research activities.
  • Work closely with Managers and Senior Managers on review processes, reporting, and addressing technical issues.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients, engaging in networking and business development initiatives.
  • Offer leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a major in business, finance, accounting, or information systems is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in information technology is essential, demonstrating a progressive development of skills and responsibilities related to IT internal controls and processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a public accounting or consulting firm is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred. If not certified, candidates must meet educational requirements to obtain licensure upon hire in their state of employment.
  • Proven ability to lead IT audit engagements, collaborating as part of a team for larger projects and independently for smaller ones.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who is deadline-oriented.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 10-30%.
