Job Title: Lead Financial Compliance Analyst

AT&T is seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Work closely with operational and finance partners to ensure processes are efficient and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate internal controls in relation to business and IT processes that impact financial statements and operating procedures.
  • Develop and implement control improvements and remediation plans for any identified deficiencies.
  • Communicate SOX compliance requirements and updates to senior management, executive levels, internal and external auditors.
  • Facilitate training and guidance to employees on SOX compliance and internal controls.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of internal control processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SOX compliance program.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or SOX compliance, preferably within a public company or public accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of SOX regulations and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SOX compliance software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
