Job Description Summary


This position is responsible for assisting the in-house team in the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in the facility operation of a multi-building portfolio in Cambridge, MA.


Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in-house technicians with daily operations and rounds of building systems.

  • Perform service calls and work orders under the supervision of a technician.

  • Maintenance in mechanical rooms and rooftops, including filter replacement in HVAC equipment.

  • General cleaning in mechanical spaces and perimeter induction units.

  • Cleanup of equipment in mechanical rooms and shops.

  • Miscellaneous tasks requiring the use of hand tools.

  • Chiller/Boiler tube punching.
