Front Office Assistant

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and caregivers. This includes greeting patients, welcoming them for their services, and accompanying them to the treatment area. You will also provide comfort amenities such as refreshments, blankets, or games. Additionally, you will be required to perform various administrative tasks, including scanning and filing patient consents and other information into patient records, coordinating specialty pharmacy networks drug or free drug ordering, and receiving, stocking, managing inventory, and ordering supplies and medications, as requested.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and multi-task in an office-based setting. A minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting with front office duties is preferred. In lieu of prior medical office experience, candidates with one to two years' experience in a customer service role will be considered. Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is also preferred. CPR or BLS certification is preferred, but not required. If not certified, company will require certification within 90 days of employment start date.
