Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage and execute the production of proposals, ensuring adherence to branding, formatting, and content standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to prepare comprehensive proposal and interview materials.
  • Oversee the process to ensure compliance with deadlines and branding guidelines, leading to successful submissions.
  • Proactively manage the writing, quality assurance, and editing of proposal content.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of proposal and interview materials.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards for marketing materials and procedures.
  • Assist Business Development Executives and other leadership in maintaining accurate records in the CRM database.
  • Manage local marketing equipment and supplies necessary for proposal production.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction or A/E/C industry is preferred, particularly in a large, multi-office environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design principles and experience in creating visual content.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
