Role Summary

The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and maintaining food and beverage stations as outlined in the Banquet Event Order. Duties include setting up tables, action stations, buffets, and service carts, while ensuring all guest needs are met regarding dietary restrictions and special requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and replenish buffet items to maintain presentation quality.
  2. Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas.
  3. Monitor tableware and maintain a presentable dining environment.
  4. Assist in clearing tables and managing service flow during events.
  5. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents to management.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Less than one year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

License or Certification: None required.
