Job Title: Global Payroll Analyst

At Bandwidth, we're seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Global Payroll team, you will be responsible for supporting the semi-monthly payroll for approximately 900 US employees and 250 international employees across 8 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation, review, and delivery of the international monthly payroll run.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team for monthly reporting and support the international PS team during payroll audits.
  • Administer the international employee benefits packages, including enrolling new hires into the medical insurance or the pension plan.
  • Manage other employee benefits such as vouchers, transportation schemes, and ad-hoc employee gifts.
  • Maintain employee records up-to-date and support the PS team with the preparation of employment verification files.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a Payroll function.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and state/country taxation rules.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
