**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding outpatient palliative care program at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. This part-time role would involve working 3 days per week in clinic, with opportunities for teaching and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive palliative care services to patients and families dealing with serious illnesses.
  • Work collaboratively with an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest palliative care treatments and best practices.

Qualifications

  • A strong ability to connect with and empathize with patients and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clinical strength and a commitment to staying current with the latest palliative care treatments.
