Advanced Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at The Provider Finder.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in palliative care and be passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Our team is committed to providing compassionate and individualized support to patients and their families, focusing on symptom management, pain control, and quality of life improvement.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time opportunity with a regular schedule (Monday to Friday, 5 eight-hour days)
- No call or after-hours responsibilities
- Average caseload of 8-12 patients per day
As a Nurse Practitioner on our team, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of WA and DEA licensure with full prescriptive authority
- Prior experience in inpatient palliative care settings is preferred
