About the Role

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join its team in Palliative Care, specifically at Swedish First Hill's outpatient clinic. This 0.5 FTE position offers a unique opportunity for a compassionate professional to prioritize dignity, justice, excellence, and safety while delivering exceptional patient care.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $120,561 - $155,624 per year, inclusive of productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable. In addition, CME benefits are available to providers.

Job Overview

This part-time position within our integrated healthcare system provides an excellent and supportive environment, fostering collaboration and mutual respect among team members. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a palliative care setting (outpatient preferred). With a strong focus on prioritizing compassion, we aim to create a safe and inclusive space for patients to receive world-class care.

Work Environment

As part of Swedish Health System, you'll be working with over 1,300 physicians and advanced practice clinicians serving the greater Seattle area. We utilize a shared EMR (Epic) and offer easy access to seven Swedish Medical Center campuses. This comprehensive health network is renowned for innovative diagnoses, treatments, and medical research across its five award-winning institutes.
