Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Professional to join our team at C-SUITE ASSISTANTS. As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in all day-to-day matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing meetings and understanding the ramifications of any changes
- Prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Interact with the executive team and start-up companies with diplomacy and tact
- Prepare the CEO for internal and investment meetings, including research and necessary collateral materials
- Plan events and dinners
- Expense reporting
- Ad hoc projects
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a high-level C-Suite executive, preferably in the venture capital or private equity space or at a start-up
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
