Job Title: Document Management Technician

CGS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Document Management Technician to provide legal support for a large government project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, engagements, and conferences
  • Receive and review incoming correspondence and forward each item to the appropriate staff
  • Manage legal and general office files
  • Review, screen, and control incoming mail
  • Search files for material used in recurring reports and assemble file data or secure data from staff members into the proper format
  • Produce written documents utilizing a range of office automation software
  • Use various applications to search and retrieve information necessary to complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
  • Must be able to read and follow instructions
  • Must be able to understand the task, task objectives, and the context of the task in the litigation support effort as a whole
  • Must take the initiative to ask questions when necessary to complete the task correctly
  • Must have typing/keyboarding skills and good communication skills
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance

  • Previous Government Experience
