Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in the Peoria, IL area.

Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the deployment and maintenance of our IT tools and infrastructure. This role will also contribute to various IT projects and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and business development
  • Ensure end-user communication and punctuality
  • Interface with regional IT teams and external suppliers
  • Provide level 3 support for group infrastructure
  • Report information regarding major events and deviations in day-to-day operations
  • Organize communication of functional and technical enhancements
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with group standards and rules
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvement and project implementation
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, Office 365, Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft Environment
  • Ability to speak with diplomacy and work in a multicultural environment
  • Team player with a global team spirit
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-900 or AZ-104)
Work Experience

3+ years of experience in a similar roleEducation Background

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
