Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with over 5 years in commercial construction to enhance our team. Key responsibilities include overseeing on-site construction operations, managing field staff, coordinating subcontractor schedules, maintaining project quality and safety standards, and serving as a key point of contact for the project management team.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Proven background in commercial, institutional, and industrial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, equipment, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and utilizing construction management software
