Hotel Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Regional Director of Sales to lead and inspire sales teams at two Full Service Hotels. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive revenue growth, develop business relationships, and contribute to the success of our hotel operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of success. You should possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as computer, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with various market conditions and influencers is essential. Your ability to analyze data and make informed decisions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to devise pricing and market strategies, consistently monitoring competition and market dynamics.
- Achieving or surpassing predetermined booking targets for guest room revenue, ensuring monthly costs and revenue align with budgeted expectations.
- Responsibly managing inquiry calls, ensuring prompt responses within the business day, and efficiently overseeing paperwork flow related to confirming function details for clients.
- Actively seeking new and repeat guest room and meeting business through solicitation, cultivating and maintaining a client base comprising key accounts and conventions.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
