About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on business development and revenue growth at two Full Service Hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives, targeting key markets and customer segments.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving loyalty.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales decisions and optimize revenue streams.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling
    • Demonstrate expertise in upselling and cross-selling techniques, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience and Education
    • Minimum of two years experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Understanding of STAR Data for informed decision-making.
    • Knowledge of selling in multiple market segments.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills combined with computer, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
