Job Summary

Collins Elevator Service Inc is seeking a highly skilled Elevator Service Operations Manager to oversee and manage the entire Service Department, ensuring high-quality products and services that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear vision and goals for the Service and Maintenance Department to achieve targeted performance metrics.
  • Supervise and manage the Service/Repair and Maintenance department to increase growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety.
  • Analyze job completion to identify shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Dispatch and manage maintenance visits, testing coordination, callback management, and labor and material costs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and enforce company guidelines and rules.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner.
Requirements
  • Experience leading field technicians and/or supervisors in performing elevator maintenance and repair functions.
  • Strong knowledge of elevators, elevator service contracting, and elevator service estimating.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven success in leading others and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly team-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
