Job Description:

Role: L3 Prod Support

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the technology platform.
  • Key activities include Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics, and Reporting.
  • Production governance, Triage, Associate Support, Change/Configuration Management, and Identifying vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development and internal business operations teams to resolve production issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction on technology and client/business area issues.
  • Participate in the development of technology products and service standards.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in IBM Data Power Appliances(X2, Xi52, Xi50) Build/Administration and support.
  • Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages such as shell, Perl, and Python.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in development or support, with expertise in Unix, Java, and J2EE.
  • Experience with XSLT, web services, certificates, and AAA.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with Integration, ESB, and API Products.
  • Knowledge of Java services and UI tools, web technologies.
