Job Title: System Services Representative

IBM is seeking a highly skilled System Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support for our clients' hardware and software needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical school degree or diploma
  • Prior experience in field repair of computer or mechanical equipment
