Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor front desk personnel to provide exceptional customer service
  • Administer guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Supervise night audit processes and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift
  • Maintain precise records of room inventory, rates, and financial transactions
  • Implement strategies to enhance front office operations and improve guest satisfaction
