As a Front Desk Manager at La Quinta Inn & Suites - PDX, you will be at the forefront of our guest services, ensuring that every visitor experiences exceptional hospitality. Your leadership will be essential in managing front desk operations, guiding the team, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor front desk personnel to guarantee outstanding service delivery.
- Manage the processes of guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Supervise night audit functions and resolve any issues that may arise during overnight shifts.
- Maintain precise records of room availability, pricing, and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office operations and improve guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
