About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in Silicon Valley, CA.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Obtain approval for invoices and document any discrepancies
  • Maintain a system for organizing invoices and payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Perform check runs and initiate electronic payments
What We Offer

This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with 1-2 days per week onsite work.

The hourly rate for this position is $35-$50 per hour.

Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data
