About the Role:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring that invoices are accurately processed and paid on time. This includes reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness, obtaining approval for invoices and documenting any discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies, and performing check runs and initiating electronic payments.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable; preferably within a law firm
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred

What We Offer:

$28-$38 per hour, depending on experience
