Job Description

Solventum is a leading provider of healthcare revenue cycle and health information technology solutions. We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our team in the central part of the US.

  • Develop and manage sales strategies, activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine regional sales team progress toward stated goals & objectives, territory metrics and quota analysis for ongoing growth and retention.
  • Implement and drive best practices throughout the sales team to ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable performance, including continuing evolution of the company sales process and performance management goals.
  • Position value / benefits with VP and "C level" decision makers, building sustained relationships with an ability to fully negotiate contracts and close business within the assigned region.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, health savings accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences and retirement benefits.
