Solventum Regional Sales Director Opportunity

As a pioneering company in health, material and data science, Solventum seeks an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead a team delivering health information technology solutions to Health Systems and Hospitals in the central US.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services. They must have a proven track record of managing a territory and delivering complex high-dollar technology solutions. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine regional sales team progress toward stated goals & objectives, territory metrics and quota analysis for ongoing growth and retention.

The successful candidate will also have experience implementing best practices throughout the sales team, positioning value with VP and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities will be split into several areas:
  • Company Overview: Understand Solventum's mission, vision, and values as a game-changing innovator.
  • Job Description: Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on delivering health information technology solutions to Health Systems and Hospitals.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong background in healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services; Proven track record of managing a territory and delivering complex high-dollar technology solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine regional sales team progress toward stated goals & objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.

A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
