Your Role

Reports to:
Product Line Manager – Service Contracts

Mission:

Foster and sustain positive, long-term connections with designated clients; ensure the viability of the service contracts portfolio within the assigned territory; collaborate closely with Service Sales Managers to guarantee client satisfaction with our service offerings through proactive engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
Minimize client and contract turnover by renewing lapsed and reinstating canceled contracts.

Deliver training and ensure client adoption of our web applications, processes, and tools, including but not limited to SMARTLINK, billing, contract policies, and purchase order renewals.

Ensure clients fully understand the proposals and value of our service solutions.
Engage targeted clients through strategically planned regular virtual meetings, emails, and calls; involve Service Sales Managers as necessary.
Facilitate the resolution of issues and conflicts by addressing them directly when feasible or through proactive internal coordination.

Continuously identify additional client needs; generate marketing insights for regional Sales teams through CRM Leads, representing qualified business potential for upselling or cross-selling.

Ensure the completeness of serviced equipment by adding any missed non-serviced units under the existing contract (in coordination with a Service Sales Manager).

Monitor the availability (uptime) of contracted machines and develop an action plan to maintain targeted levels.

Ensure 'contract health' by following up on all required signatures, SMARTLINK connectivity, accuracy, and completeness of configured service solutions and client contact details.

Review NPS surveys, follow up with clients, involving sales and operations teams when necessary; ensure a high NPS response rate.

Utilize the CRM system (C4C) to manage calls, virtual meetings, tasks/emails, leads, opportunities, client base, contacts, and activities.
Collaborate with Service Sales Managers to create client-focused proposals.
Continuously seek to identify and implement enhanced contract processes and procedures. Modify contracts as needed. Audit contracts for invoicing and service discrepancies. Communicate effectively with Service Sales Managers as a cohesive sales team.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

To Succeed, You Will Need:
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. Sales experience in the industry is a significant advantage.

Education:
Associate's 2-year degree or equivalent work experience. A bachelor's or higher degree is a strong advantage.

Ability to manage medium-complexity calculations.
Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, Showpad, SAP C4C, and SAP CPQ is a plus.
