Qualifications:

- Experience in upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, resolving customer issues efficiently.
- A valid Driver's license is required.
- Prior experience in an office setting, particularly in billing, collections, or accounting, is preferred.
