Job Title: Senior Manager of Operations Regulatory Risk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Operations Regulatory Risk to join our team at Hard Rock Digital. As a key member of our regulatory risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies within the Customer Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor current 1LoD controls to ensure their effectiveness and implement or increase their effectiveness where required.
  • Work closely with compliance and operational business units to ensure accurate completion and maintenance of regulatory matrices for each jurisdiction in which HRD operates.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Regulatory bodies, and law enforcement to provide accurate and timely responses to requests for information.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and prioritization of regulatory risks within Operations and help conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are clearly documented, subject to version control, and periodic update.
  • Assist the Director of Regulatory Risk to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the Operations teams.

  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.

  • Leadership and team management abilities.
