The Payments Risk & Compliance Lead will collaborate with global teams to drive a comprehensive risk and compliance program for cutting-edge consumer payment solutions.



Strategic Risk Management :
Partner with the Regulatory Legal Department to assess and mitigate risks across payment lines. Develop and implement risk controls in collaboration with technology, business operations, and compliance teams.

Policy Development :
Craft new policies, risk models, SOPs, and monitoring frameworks in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.

Process Improvement :
Enhance processes and controls to optimize compliance and reduce risk. Manage responses to audit findings. Risk Assessment and Monitoring : Regularly assess business processes to identify risks, opportunities, and compliance failures. Use data analytics to provide actionable insights to senior management. Vendor and Compliance Management : Oversee license renewals, reports, and manage vendor risk assessments. Respond to regulatory and vendor requests for compliance information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with management, product, technology, regulatory, and security teams to stay ahead of emerging compliance challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Risk, Business, or a related field.

Experience : 8+ years in compliance or related fields, preferably in tech-driven organizations.

Expertise :
Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions controls, and payment licensing regulations. Experience in risk assessments, integrated audits, and compliance testing.

Skills :
Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and project management skills.
