Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from interest to move-in, and working with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide families and older adults through the sales journey
- Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
- Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
