About the Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from interest to move-in, and working with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey
  • Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
