Staffing Sales Manager Job Description

Culver Careers is seeking an experienced Staffing Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of sales representatives and recruiters, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Active Selling: Build and manage your own book of business, actively selling staffing solutions to clients in the construction industry.
  • Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, including securing 10-12 client meetings weekly and closing deals.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Performance Management: Track and evaluate team performance, offering coaching and feedback to ensure success.
  • Team Culture: Foster a positive, winning culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategies aligned with the company's growth goals.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage Bullhorn ATS for managing client and candidate data, tracking sales activities, and optimizing operations.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of proven staffing sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Experience in managing and developing sales representatives and recruiters is preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Bullhorn ATS or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to set up and conduct 10-12 client meetings per week.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary of $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
  • Generous bonus and commission plan with potential for profit sharing
