About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading innovative account management strategies and driving growth in our Middle Market accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to increase profitability and deepen client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, consulting, or procurement.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and growing client revenue and profitability.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to travel 15-25% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
