Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating a positive shopping experience, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and offer assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Sales Floor Support
- Support sales associates with customer transactions and provide guidance on product knowledge
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
